Performance opportunities

Below please see the various musical choral groups in which I am associated with.

FMS Chorus

FMS Chorus is comprosed of 7th and 8th Grade students who genuinely have a love for music. These students have performed for many community and surrounding area performances and hav been accepted to perform for Disney Performing Arts at Walt Disney World the last four years. Students enrolled are exposed to all types of music genres.

District Honors Chorus

The Fairfield School District Honors Chorus consists of 6th- 12th grade auditioned students who have a love for singing. Th District Honors Chorus has performed for many district events and most recently performed for Education Rocks, Teacher of the Year celebration 2015. Students enrolled in the District Honors Chorus must maintain a C average.

Zion Baptist Music Ministry

Zion Baptist Church Music Ministry is comprised of the Mass Choir, Young Adult Choir, Youth Choir, Male Chorus, Jubilee Choir and Praise team. Each entity can be found each Sunday at 801 Washington Street, Columbia, SC 29201. Dr. Kevin Donalson is pastor.

Piano Lessons

IPiano lessons are available for student 6 years old and older. Students learn how to read music and will student music theory indepth. Students are taken on availiability of the instructor. Please email akapella95@gmail.com for further questions.

AKAPELLA

AKAPELLA is comprised of a group of singers who love the Lord and have a love for all types of music. AKAPELLA was started back in 2005 and they have performed for many organizations, banquets, and concerts around the state of South Carolina.

AKAPELLA participants are chosen by the director.
